This series consists of one register in four volumes recording gold mining leases in the Tennant Creek, Warramunga goldfield, District E. The register records the total number of shares, the locality, the area applied for, the date of application, lease details, registered lessees, details of transfers, details of encumbrances, exemptions and rent.and survey fee details. Any amalgamations, forfeitures and surrenders are also noted. The spine of volume 1 is labelled with "E". The spines of volumes 2 , 3 and 4 are labelled with "GML". Volume 1 has an index list taped inside the front cover which records the number, name of leesee and name of mine.
