This series consists of one register recording applications for dredging claims in the Maranboy District. [District D] The register records the total number of shares, the date of application and registration, the class of holding - in this case dredging claim, the area applied for, the area surveyed and the date of the survey, registration fee and rent, survey fee, locality and description of boundaries, date certificate issued, registered shareholder details, details of transfers, details of encumbrances, exemptions and rent. The claims involve either tin or gravel. A sticker on the cover states "all tenements in this register now processed under the new Mining Act except DC 5D and DC 6D which are to be withdrawn."
