This series consists seventeen Transfer of Claim applications for mining leases, numbered 142-182. Numbers 144, 150-152, 155-158, 166-167, 169, 171, 173-175, 178-181 are missing. The applications are dockets consisting of vertically folded Transfer of Claim forms. The back of the form functions as the cover of the docket and records the transfer number, the names of the transferring parties, the relevant claim information and the date. The first half of the form includes the transfer number, the fee charges, the name and address of the person making the transfer, the name and address of the person receiving the transfer and the location of the claim (included is information about the location of the claim, the name of the claim and the lease number). The form has been signed and dated by the transferor and transferee (including their miner's rights numbers) and by the Warden. The second half of the form is the transfer certificate which certifies the transfer and has been signed and dated by the Warden.
