This series consists of one register recording tenements for garden areas in the Daly River district. [District K] The register records the number of the tenement, the total number of shares, the locality, the locality description, the date of application and registration, the area registered, the area surveyed and the date, the class of holding - in this case garden area, registered shareholder details, details of transfers, exemptions, rent and details of encumbrances. Application 2932 at Folio 2 and Application 3003 at Folio 4 have been issued between 1946-1948 under the 1903 Mining Act but were forfeited with the reasons given.
