Function / Content

This series consists of registers of tribute agreements for regions across the Northern Territory. Each register includes; number, total number of shares, date of (execution, lodgement, approval, registration), lease affected, term, registration fee, registered tributes, number of shares, transfers, and encumbrances. The entries agreement entries set out the terms and conditions for the use of the lessee's plant by the tributer, and what development work is to be paid for by the lessee. The volumes contain the following information; volume 1, agreement nos.1/40-1/58 (page nos.1-100); volume 2, agreement nos.1/41-2/56 (page nos.101-200); volume 3, agreement nos.1/40-1/60 (page nos.301-400); volume 4, agreement nos.1/40-1/70 (page nos.401-500); and volume 5, agreement nos.1/41-1/75 (page nos.501-600).
