This series consists of occupational development licence cards and an index card for the Northern Territory. The cards are recorded on grazing license cards crossed out and occupation (development) licence written on them. The information recorded includes situation of land, application, date received, area applied for, deposit, rent, dealt with on, annual rent determined at, area granted, applicant, address date of adjustments, area in square miles and annual rent. Teh reverse of card records details of the rental account with year ending 30th June, area square miles, rate per square mile, annual rent and fee, date paid, and receipt number.
