This series consists of unregistered subject files relating to the management of mining in the Tennant Creek mining district and applications for mining leases. The subject files relate to various matters including accidents at mines, employee conditions, leave, pay, timesheets and salary dissection as well as memoranda and circulars . Also included are weekly milling and tailing treatment reports, reports relating to the rendering of health clearances (sanitary and garbage), stocktakes, crushing charges and battery substitutes. On file are also applications for mining leases in areas including the Warramunga and Kurundi goldfields and the Mosquito Creek wolfram field.
