This series consists of four approved applications for the transfer of shares for gold-mining leases. The applications are dockets consisting of vertically folded Transfer of Shares in the Gold Mining Lease forms. The back of the form functions as the cover of the docket and records the transfer certificate number, details of the shares being transferred, the parties involved and the date. The form itself records the number of shares transferred, the relevant gold-mining lease and the leases location, how many shares are being transferred and to whom. The form records the acceptance of the transfer of shares signed by both parties (including their miner's rights numbers), and signature of witnesses. Receipt has been signed by the relevant Warden.
