This series consists of three groups of unregistered correspondence. The first item of correspondence is from the Alice Sprigs Warden (CR Stahl) to the Tennant Creek Registrar requesting accommodation be book for him at Scott's Hotel from the 28-31/03/1950. The second item consists of a group of letters numerous parties within and outside the Mines Branch regarding surveys of the boundaries of the Wedge and Leichardt leases to establish correct boundaries for the Merloo Development Company (also referred to as Merloo Gold Mine). The lease and boundary of Burnt Shirt Mine is also discussed. The final item is a report from the Royal Mint, Melbourne Branch, including a memorandum of the out-tune of deposit number 109 left for coinage. This report is signed by FJ Barr, for the Deputy Master.
