This series consists of four registers containing Acknowledgement of Dealings forms from the Principal Registrar, Darwin to the Mining Registrar, Tennant Creek relating to mining leases in the Barkly region. Each entry has been assigned a single number and records the date the dealing was received, what the dealing relates to, miscellaneous dealings, remarks, the signature of the Principal Registrar and the date signed. Dealings were recorded relating to matters including; applications for leases, mortgages, objections, recommendations, surrender of leases, tribute agreements and withdrawals.
