This series consists of a register of surveys from the Head Office of the Mines Branch, Northern Territory Administration. Combined Seismic and Gravity Suveys document name, permit, year, crew, positioning, explosives, supplies, miles consumables, interpretation, transport, engineering, stations cost and number, misc. and [total cost]. Aeromagnetic Surveys document name, permit, year, miles, rate $, data, interpretation, supervision, days, miscellaneous. and total cost in dollars. Marine Seismic Surveys and Marine Sparker Surveys document name, exploration permit, year, days, vessel, miles, data, processing, radio, mobilization, miscellaneous and total cost in dollars. Access Authorities document number, permit no. (area), block nos, date. Offshore Oil Wells (not on index list, page 155) contain name of well, permit, location, permittee, drilled by, rig, spud date, date reached target depth, date abandoned, death, result and cost.
