This series consists of the client ledger of the Primary Producers Board. The ledger records credits, arrears and balances of persons having taken out a loan from the Board. The ledger was kept in alaphabetical order by applicant name and each sheet contains the following information; name and address of client, type of loan, property details (including lease number, district/hundred, and allotment number), description and terms of loan, and ledger entries detailing the date, reference, payment details and tally in debits and credits, and balances and arrears.
