Function / Content

This series consists of the registers maintained by the Warden's Court in Darwin. The registers record the application, lease number, type of lease, any objections to the application and the Court's decision. Cause lists and recommendations are included. A gap appears in the records from 3 December 1941 until 14 April 1944 when the Court reconvened in Alice Springs. The Court did not sit again in Darwin until 6 December 1946.
