This series consists of one register recording applications for garden areas in the Pine Creek/Agicondi Goldfield District. [District B] The register records the total number of shares, the date of application and registration, the class of holding - in this case garden areas, the area applied for, the area surveyed and the date of the survey, registration fee and rent, survey fee, locality and description of boundaries, date certificate issued, registered shareholder details, details of transfers, details of encumbrances, exemptions and rent.

Recordkeeping System

One only numerical register with GA [garden area] prefix and A suffix. The prefix GA becomes MGA [market garden area] for tenements 59A-67A. Nos. 162, 1029 and 3003 at folios 5-7 have been granted under the 1903 Mining Act in 1946 but either cancelled or transferred with the reasons given.
