This series consists of a register of residence, business and machinery areas, water rights and mineral claims on the Agicondi goldfield. Includes entries in the following columns; number, total number of shares, date of application, date of registration, class of holding, area applied for, area surveyed and date of survey, registration fee and rent, survey fee, locality and description of boundaries, registered shareholders, transfers, encumbrances, exemptions, and rent. The volume is divided into five separate sections to record details of; residence areas (folio nos 1-12, nos 1A-9A, 1942-1956), business areas (folio nos 35-36, nos 1A-2A, 1949-1956), machinery areas (folio nos 50-52, nos 2886, 2990, MA1A, 1946-1957), water rights (folio nos 60-66, nos 2886A, 2990, WR1A-WR5A, 1946-1956), and mineral claims (folio nos 70-99, nos MC1A-MC30A, 1948-1957).
