This series consists of a register of plans, reports and field books. A partial subject index is included at the front of the volume (page 22). The register was used to record details of the following; plans received from surveyors (page nos. 30-45), Survey and Lands Office plans recorded (page nos. 54-70), calculations (page nos. 75-98), reports on the Northern Territory (page no. 124), plans cut (page no. 130), reports and tracings (page nos. 140-152), and field books (page nos. 165-166). Page numbers 14-21 are missing.
