This series consists of one volume and is labelled plan examination register. The index lists the following with references to the pages that contain the information. Diagrams, OP (original plans), A plans, B plans, C plans, LTO plans, road plans, work record of survey data and miscellaneous jobs, survey plans listed for examination (order of receipt) , survey plans examined and forwarded for approval and list of examination staff. The Diagrams and plans contain number and date of certification. Order of receipt contains plan number, subject, file number, date received and examined. Plans examined and approved contain plan number, locality, town lots, rural portions, mineral leases, LTO lots, miles of PL boundary and miscellaneous from 1966/67 have examiner and date examined.
