This series consists of an inventory of police station property throughout the Northern Territory. The inventory was completed on a from for the "List of articles, government property (not included in Kit List)" for each police station on June 30th, 1942. Information on the form was copied from the police station property book and forwarded to the Commissioner of Police in Darwin on 1 July 1942 and recorded property on hand on 1 July 1942, number received or destroyed and number as at 1 July 1942. The list of articles was printed on the form in alphabetical order, with typed or hand written amendments erent stations to the list. Some of the items inventoried include pannikins, bedouries, rifles and revolvers, horses, hourse troughs and laundry troughs, plough saddles, emasculators and winkers. Forms were submitted for Darwin, Parap, Brock's Creek, Daly River, Maranboy, Mataranka, Roper River, Booroloola, Timber Creek, Wave Hill, Wauchope Creek, Anthony Lagoon, Lake Nash, Katherine, Newcastle Waters, Pine Creek and Rankine River police statsions.
