This series consists of one divided register recording mining tenements for business areas [BA Prefix] and residence areas [RA Prefix] for District E, Tennant Creek/Warramunga Field. The register records the total number of shares, the date of application and registration, the class of holding, the area applied for, the area surveyed and the date of the survey, registration fee and rent, survey fee, locality and description of boundaries, date certificate issued, registered shareholder details, details of transfers, details of encumbrances, exemptions and rent. The inside cover has a listing of Residence Area tenements from RA 3E - RA 74E including the registered holder. There is a note concerning RA 4E and RA 13E saying they are still "current in this book as at 26/05/1986".
