The register is divided into sections.

Function / Content

This series consists of one register recording tenements for residential areas (RA 1F-8F), business areas (BA 1F-13F) and licences to treat tailings (LTT 1/50F-4/73F) for District F, Kurundi Field. The register also records tenements for residential leases in District E, Warramunga Field (RL 1E-2E) and District G in the Tanami area (RL 1G). The register records the total number of shares, the date of application and registration, the class of holding, the area applied for, the area surveyed and the date of the survey, registration fee and rent, survey fee, locality and description of boundaries, date certificate issued, registered shareholder details, details of transfers, details of encumbrances, exemptions and rent.
