Function / Content

This series consists of three bundles of copies of mineral leases. The first bundle includes four crown leases (nos 776, 778, 779 and 780) to Tongkah Compound No Liability for gold mining at White Range. The second bundle consists of 15 crown leases relating to the White Range gold mines on the Arltunga gold field which were forfeited. The third bundle includes 11 crown leases (nos 765-775, 777) to Tongkah Compound No Liability for gold mining at White Range, all of which were forfeited by Warden Ward at Alice Springs on 23 February 1940.
