This series consists of one register of correspondence inwards and outwards for the land office. The beginning of the register is arranged alphabetically and documents the person's name, docket, other numbers and pigeon hole. Page 1 has inwards and outwards correspondence listed with correspondence number, date, docket, personal name and subect of the correspondence which varies from employment to plans, receipts, applications and leases. From page 47, the correspondence number is crossed out and date when returned added.
