Function / Content

This series consists of pastoral permit number cards. The cards are recorded on pastoral lease cards with lease crossed out and permit written on it. The cards record district, address of holder, of mortgagee, block number, offered under gazette of, nature of transfer, applicant and transferees, date of transfer, registered no. of transfer, application with date received, area applied for date dealt with, result, term of lease, document of lease, executed, registered, factors necessitating adjustment as granted, date takes effect, area, annual rent and remarks. The reverse of the card records rates of annual rental payable each year, to (date) amount, then have year, amount due, payment made with rent, penalty, receipt number and remarks.
