This series consists of a register of correspondence with an alphabetical index at the front of the volume. The entries were based on an alpha-numerical system applied by subject (for example, A10 relates to Argentinean settlers). The register records the following information; number, date, name, subject, and how dealt with. Entries were kept during the period 1911-1929, with annotations made at later dates.
