This series consists of a register of appointed agents including an alphabetical index (by surname) at the front of the volume. Includes entries in chronological order in the following columns; date registration, registration number, person appointing, name of person appointed, date of appointment, and remarks. From 1940 the registration number column contained two entries for head office number and branch number.
