Function / Content

This series consists of four lot number register books with two of them numbered two. Two of the books contains an index on the first page referring to the page number and town, the other book two has Nightcliff and Alice Springs only. The columns contain the following information survey plan, lot number, detail plan, DTAL (Darwin Town Area Lease) or TLL (Town Land Lease) number, area and remark. One volume of lot numbers with the index on the cover listing towns and portions with reference to the page numbers. Added at the top of the cover is For lot numbers after 1954 vide(see) new lot number book. Information inside the book contains lot number, location, former lot, number section, others contain number, date, and purpose.
