This series contains correspondence, handwritten notes and plans relating to the valuation of land for Special Purpose Development in minor towns in the Northern Territory. Towns included are Adelaide River, Alyangula and Umbakumba on Groote Eylandt, Batchelor, Borroloola, Daly Waters, Elliott, Larrimah, Maningrida, Mataranka, Nhulunbuy, Pine Creek, Port Keats, Southport and Top Springs. Some of the valuations have been done for Gift Duty Purposes.
