This series consists of the master microfiche copy of the gaoler's journal detailing daily events relating to prisoners. Only volume 1 from NTRS 2604 is available on microfiche. The journal details the following; date, muster roll, prison cells, rations, quarries, discipline, infringement of regulations, punishments, employment of prisoners, weather, medical officer, prisoners on sick list, incurables, report of night guard, report of guard at 6am, report of guard at 9pm, thermometer in prison, and remarks. The journal also notes air raid alarms.
