Function / Content

This series consists of tentative droving programs for cattle stock routes in the Northern Territory, and routes over to Queensland. All programs are large poster size prints. Each program is divided into 13 or 14 columns with an alpha code in the heading from (a) to (n). The columns are titled; serial number (a), number in mob (b), drover (c), from (d), date of departure (e). The next 8 or 9 columns identify locations along the stock route and the date the herd arrived there. Each program also contains a distribution list of recipients including the Administrator and police officers stationed along the stock route.
