This series consists of registers of Warden's Court plaints. The details recorded for each plaint include the number of the plaint, plaintiff with name and address), defendants with name and address, nature of relief sought, date and time lodged, any summons issued and served, date and time of hearing, adjournments, notice of defence filed, date of plaint withdrawn, fees, judgement with date and signature of warden, date of any warrant issued and returned, bailiff's endorsement, any other processes and remarks, details of any subsequent fees, and the accounting details of receipts and disbursements to trust accounts at the bottom of the page. Each register has an index divided into the types of recommendations reached including agreements, caveats, amalgamations of leases, exemptions, transfers and withdrawals.
