This series consists of a register divided into sections for machinery areas (MA) no. 1D to 6D, residential areas (RA) no. 1D to 4D, 2274, garden areas (GA) no. 1D to 5D, 2635, 2736 and business areas (BA) no. 1D in District D [Maranboy]. The register is in a Mining Tenements register and entries are made on two adjacent pages per application. All right hand pages are numbered 1-101. They contain the following information; first line across the top of the pages is divided into columns for; No., Total No. of Shares, Date of (Application, Registration (subject to survey)), Class of Holding, Area applied for, Area Surveyed and Date of Survey, Registration Fee and Rent, Survey Fee, Locality and Description of Boundaries. This line is followed by a 1/4" blank space. On the left hand page in this space is printed "Date Certificate Issued". The remaining space on the two pages is divided into columns for Registered Shareholders (blank area Miner's rights (No. and date), no. of shares), Transferees (date, no Miner's rights (No. and date), no. of shares), Encumbrances, etc., Exemptions (no., period (from and to)) Rent (year and amount). And empty column used for dates or receipt numbers. Sections have only been completed if they have required. Further information has been added if refused, withdrawn, cancelled, or forfeited.
