This series consists of an index book used to record distinctive brands and numeral brands. The index book is organised in alphabetical order by the first letter of the name of the owner of the brand, which was usually a company name. The entries record the name of the owner, file number, brand, distinctive brand, D/number, run name, address, certificate number, date and comments. Comments include cancelled or transferred and date.
