This series consists of signed intergovernmental agreements between the Northern Territory Government and foreign international governments; Northern Territory Government and foreign international businesses and the Northern Territory Government and Interstate/Federal government. The agreements include matters such as cultural, educational, social, economic, commercial, sports and sister city/friendship establishment etc. Agreements are executed as a Memorandum of Co-operation, Memorandum of Understanding, Plan of Action, or Letter of Intent; are signed and dated and may indicate the period of agreement.
