Function / Content

This series consists of a register which records children placed under the care or guardianship of the Northern Territory or state care. The front section of the register records the name, and date of birth of the child, and records committal date, discharge date, file number local, last address and date. The back cover of the register is labelled Register of children in foster care, and refers to pages 377-382 which records name, status (NS, SC), foster parents names, address, allowance paid, contact officer, and file numbers (SC numbers, annual single number, c number).
