Building plans can be accessed by property owners or anyone with legal authority to view the documents if the record is under 30 years old . Contact Building Advisory Services to request access. Plans over 30 years old are open to the public.

Function / Content

This series consists of approved building plans of commercial, residential and government structures across the Northern Territory. NTRS 916/P1 includes plans for the ANZ Bank (folder 18), Nungalinya College (folder 68), and Rum Jungle Motor Inn (folder 161). NTRS 916/P2 contains approved plans for the Parap swimming pool (folder 1), the Darwin Post Office on Cavenagh Street (folder 28), and the Crocodile Hotel in Jabiru (folder 35 and folder 36).
